Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC), subsequently established by the Agricultural Development Corporation Ordinance, 1 (EP Ordinance XXXVII, 1), called the East Pakistan Agricultural Development Corporation. The BADC was renamed as Bangladesh Agricultural Material Supply and Services Corporation (BASSC) in year 5, as it was considered different from the other development institutions in the agricultural sector of the government.
